Usually the people listed in your Contacts listing are considered risk-free by Outlook’s Junk E-mail Filter. Usually being the key word. I encountered an instance today where an interoffice e-mail sent out went into the recipients Junk Folder. To fix this I used the list below steps.
Most Likely To Tools Options
The Preferences tab must be chosen by default and also click on the Junk E-mail switch.
From right here click the Safe Senders tab as well as verify a check in the box next to Also rely on email from my Contacts. I also check Automatically add people I e-mail to the Safe Senders List, though you will wish to be cautious with this one and also may intend to turn it off if you begin getting SPAM.
