One of the biggest brand-new modifications in Office 2007 is the new mini toolbar that turns up when you highlight message and also either right-click or move your mouse up.

If you discover the mini toolbar improvement sidetracking, you’ll rejoice to recognize you can disable it from immediately turning up when you choose text.

Click the Office Button in the upper left hand corner and choose “Word Options” from the resulting food selection to reach words Options dialog.

In this dialog, choose Popular and uncheck the “Show Mini Toolbar on choice” option.
