After a lots times of inadvertently sending out a Word 2007 document to associates still stuck on Office 2003, I’ve made a decision to make Word save in the Word 2003 style by default. (you can do the same thing in Excel)
To transform this setup, click the Office Button in the upper left hand corner.
Currently click the Word Options switch in the menu.
Click the Save tab, and then transform the drop-down food selection for “Save documents in this style” to be “Word 97-2003 Document”.
Currently you won’t send out the incorrect layout by accident any longer.
